I, a proud (mother/father), would like to register for the photoshoot. I understand that the registration fee of Rs.6000 will reserve a spot for one parent-daughter photoshoot. Post the shoot I will receive one print of my photograph with my daughter along with digital images.

I hereby permit Project Nanhi Kali to use my photographs, video footage, quotes from the photoshoot to promote Proud Fathers For Daughters for Project Nanhi Kali.

I would like to reserve a spot for one parent-daughter photoshoot by gifting the photoshoot session to my friends, family,colleagus.

I would like to gift a photoshoot session to a Nanhi Kali and her parent(s). I understand that their time slot will be given as per their convenience.
